Dolores M. Badaracco (nee Martini), 79, of East Vineland, NJ passed away at home on Monday afternoon where she had been under the care of family and hospice. Dolores was a lifelong Vineland city resident. She was the daughter of the late Josephine P. (Locke) & John Martini.
Before retiring, Dolores worked as a bookkeeper for Trico Equipment and several other local businesses. In addition she also assisted her husband and family in the operation of Badaracco Farms Inc. She was a member of the St. Padre Pio, Church of St. Mary's, E. Vineland. Dolores was a member of the Altar Rosary Society; St. Mary's School P.T.A., and also was a longtime volunteer at the school and church. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School Class of 1948 and the Pierce Business School Class of 1952. Dolores enjoyed being a full time mother and raising her family.
She is survived by her husband of 56 yrs, Walt Badaracco; four children, Kenneth & wife Aurora Badaracco, Denise & husband Mark Land, Diane Badaracco, Kevin & wife Darlene Badaracco; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother in law, Dennis & wife Augusta Badaracco; a sister in law, Doris & husband Louis Galetto; as well as several nieces & nephews.
Her funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11 am on Thursday in the St. Padre Pio, Church of St. Mary's, 736 Union Rd., Vineland, NJ with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery. Relatives & friends will be received on Thursday from 9:00-11:00 am at the church. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland County Alzheimer's Support Group, P.O.
