Kathleen Eileen Finn (Black), age 85, of Vineland, passed away Saturday evening at the Millville Center of Genesis Elder Care, Millville, NJ after an extended illness. Born & raised in Brooklyn, she resided in Queens, The Bronx, Yankton, SD, Omaha, NB, Jackson, NJ, Newnan, GA, & Felton, DE, before moving to Vineland 5 years ago.
Kathleen was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. She was a former teacher at the St. Rose of Lima School in Freehold, NJ. Kathleen previously worked for the Federal Census Bureau in Ocean County and retired from the State of NJ Division of Workers Compensation. She was involved in the Ancient Order of Hibernians and a member of the Columbiettes. She had been active with the Altar Rosary Societies at various parishes, and enjoyed cooking, crafts, crocheting, and reading.
Daughter of the late Julia (Nugent) & Alexander A. Black; wife of the late James A. Finn; Mother of the late, Patricia Ann Finn; Sister of the late Elizabeth Maloney & Frank Black; Step-sister of the late Muriel McNally & Herbert & Arthur Black; she is survived by:

Her funeral liturgy will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Sacred Heart RC Church, 1010 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360. Interment will be private in the St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, NJ. Relatives & friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and again from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, NJ 08360. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Vineland Public Charter School, 1155 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360-4220.
