Chelsea M. Sirawatka, 19, of Dry Fork, W. Virginia passed away suddenly on Wednesday evening in the Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins, W. VA from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Chelsea was born and raised in Vineland where she was a lifelong resident until just recently moving to W. VA. She was pre deceased by her maternal grandfather, Robert Tharp & her paternal grandparents Dolores G. (Gahles) & William Sirawatka, Sr.. Chelsea was an aspiring beautician and until recently moving was employed by Gullo’s Hair Salon. Chelsea enjoyed caring for her son and horseback riding. She is survived by her son; Edward Kozlowski, III Her companion; Edward Kozlowski, Jr. Parents: Deborah (Tharp) & William Sirawatka Sister: Shana Brother: Nathan Maternal Grandmother: Opal (Shelton) & husband Edward Ziegler Uncles: Robert Tharp & Jack Hansbury Aunts: Doreen Hansbury, Sharon Collins & Lucy Tharp. Her funeral service will be conducted at 12 Noon on Monday in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, NJ where relatives & friends will be received from 10:30 am to 12 Noon. Burial will be in the Siloam Cemetery, Vineland, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions in Chelsea’s name be made to William Sirawatka, 590 E. Forest Grove Rd. Vineland, NJ 08360 where an educational fund for her son will be established.
