Zane L. Maguire, 61, of Vineland, NJ passed away on Tuesday evening in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Zane was born & raised in Millville and was a longtime Vineland city resident. He was the son of the late Ethel (Rush) & Norman Maguire and the brother of the late Norman Maguire.
Zane was employed by the State of N.J. Dept of Corrections first as a teacher and presently as a hearing officer in the Inmate Disciplinary Program throughout the State. Zane received his degree in Psychology from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA. He became an educator in the Vineland School district where he taught for 12 years prior to working for the State of N.J. In his early years he also owned & operated Ralph’s Broaster House in Vineland. Zane enjoyed hunting, fishing & traveling.
Zane is survived by his wife of 16 yrs.- Anna L. (Barnhart)

Relatives & friends will be received on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM & again on Saturday from 8:30-9:30 AM at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Road, Vineland, NJ. His funeral service will be conducted at 9:30 AM on Saturday at Pancoast’s with burial to follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Millville, NJ.
